The Challenge

This premium pet food startup offered human-grade, vet-approved recipes—but faced a major hurdle: how to differentiate in a saturated, emotionally driven market, where “healthy” claims were everywhere, and brand trust was everything.

They had a small but loyal base and big ambitions. Echo & Impact was brought in to amplify their mission, build the digital foundation, and scale sales—all without losing the heart of their brand.

We repositioned the brand around the core message:

This combined emotional connection with evidence-backed benefits (longer life, fewer vet visits, shinier coats). The tone? Warm, expert, and deeply loyal—like a vet who knows your dog by name.

2. Shopify + Subscription Infrastructure

  • Built a high-converting DTC site with subscription-first UX

  • Enabled plan customizations based on dog size, age, and sensitivities

  • Added real customer reviews + “dog-of-the-month” stories to boost credibility

3. Paid Media Campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube Shorts)

  • UGC-led ads focused on dog transformations and feeding rituals
