The Challenge

This brand created sleek, space-saving workout tools for modern homes—resistance kits, foldable benches, and guided training accessories. The products were innovative, but the online experience lacked energy. Sales were flat, branding was generic, and most buyers came through Amazon—not the brand’s own store.

They needed to own their customer relationships and build a DTC brand that inspired commitment—not just conversions.

  • Mobile-first layout with animated product demos

  • Quiz funnel: “What’s your workout style?” to drive bundle recommendations

  • Added “Set Up Your Space” section with curated starter kits

3. Paid Media Strategy (Meta, TikTok, Google)

  • Short-form UGC of real users using products in apartments, garages, and backyards

  • TikTok + Reels: 30-second “challenge” workouts featuring brand equipment

  • Google Search & Shopping for product-specific and problem-driven terms:
    e.g., “home gym equipment for small space,” “no-noise workout gear”

4. Email & SMS Lifecycle (Klaviyo + Postscript)

  • Welcome flow with free 7-day workout planner download

  • Flows for milestone wins (day 1, day 7, day 30) with motivational content

  • SMS alerts for flash restocks, early-access launches, and holiday bundles

5. Influencer Partnerships

  • Seeded gear to 50+ micro-fitness creators and personal trainers
