The Challenge

This up-and-coming brand made elevated yet affordable home décor — vases, sculptural objects, accent lighting, and functional statement pieces. Their products were beautiful, but their growth was stagnant. Traffic was low, conversion rates lagged, and the brand lacked a cohesive voice across digital touchpoints.

They needed a DTC strategy that matched the elegance of their products with performance that could scale.

We established a new brand story:

  • Google Shopping + Performance Max to catch high-intent search traffic

4. Email & SMS Flows (Klaviyo + Postscript)

  • Welcome flow focused on style identity quiz → personalized product recs

  • Cart + browse abandonment tailored to room type (living, kitchen, entry)

  • SMS-driven early access drops + back-in-stock alerts

5. Creator-Driven Discovery

  • Partnered with 30+ home influencers + interior stylists

  • UGC spotlight: “How I styled this piece” with links to product pages

  • Instagram Reels with simple before/after room makeovers featuring the brand
