Rebuilt the website to reflect their editorial voice and genre leadership
Created clear funnels for two audiences:

2. Paid Campaigns (Meta + Google Search)
Facebook/Instagram ads targeted to indie writing communities, author groups, and NaNoWriMo networks
Google Ads for queries like “submit a novel to publisher,” “book publishers accepting submissions,” “indie publishers fantasy books”
Retargeting ads for site visitors who viewed submission guidelines but didn’t apply
3. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Built two tracks:
Authors: submission tips, what editors look for, case studies of successful titles
Readers: curated release updates, preorder promos, ARC sign-upsCreated gated lead magnets: “How to Pitch Your Manuscript” and “Publishing Roadmap for First-Time Authors”
4. Content & SEO Strategy
Launched a blog series on publishing insights, agent advice, and author interviews
SEO optimization for “how to get published,” “submit manuscript [genre],” “literary publishers USA”
Drove organic search growth and boosted domain authority
